Individual therapy focuses on the therapeutic relationship to support individuals with a wide range of needs. Specifically, individual therapy can help you learn to navigate this season of life while preparing for the future, reduce levels of emotional distress related to your unique experience and find hope and resilience no matter the outcome.
Couples Therapy
Don’t be fooled by the idea that couples therapy is only for those in distress! A supportive therapist can help couples find better ways of communicating and connecting more deeply. Couples therapy may also help explore a range of dynamics known and unknown between partners. This engaging process helps partners become more effective contributors to the growth, development and change they seek for their relationship.
Perinatal/Postpartum Support
There are many stories about pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood. Ideally, this is a time of wonderment, joy, and deep connection. Whereas these experiences are possible, and we hope for these experiences for all, we know that the journey to parenthood can include moments of loneliness, depression, worry and intense anxiety. These negative experiences can occur up to two years post birth and are more common than is discussed. You do not have to go through these experiences alone. As members of the PSI community say, “You are not alone and you are not to blame. Help is available. You will get better.”
Fertility Support
Get support on your fertility journey. Whether you are curious about preserving fertility, just beginning, well into the process of TTC, recovering from a difficult pregnancy journey or loss there is support!
